Everything is good is an understatement ! This hotel exceeded my expectations and worths all positive feedback here. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and all staff went out of their way to provide any services. The breakfast was nice with good variety. They even went out of their way when my girls liked the pancake and the next day they prepared it again.. Location is excellent to explore Belgrade city centre walking.. The room was perfect for our need as a family with young kids as opposed to other hotels. I would definetely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Belgrade and hopefully we will stay there again !

Absolutely perfect, would recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade for whichever reason. The location is sublime for tourists and business travelers alike, the staff (in all departments, starting from the reception, the colleagues at the breakfast bar, and the cleaning personnel) were all 5-star worthy. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable, not to mention the room size was astonishing (we stayed in a junior suite). All our desires and queries were immediately answered and we even got our clothes cleaned at the laundry a day before we had expected.

The breakfast had really good extended hours until 11.00 am, which was perfect if you like to sleep in as we do. The choice of items was rather wide for such a small hotel and was fit for many different tastes. Egg dishes were prepared on individual requests, there were several kinds of cheeses and fruit, cold cuts, breads, cereals, various cakes and pastries baked in and out. The service was excellent during seven days of our stay. The place was very clean and welcoming. I loved my experience and will stay again in the same hotel next time we are visiting Belgrade.

Townhouse 27 is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for the city centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming no matter the hour or the question. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it was lovely to be able to eat outside in the morning sunshine. There’s a great selection which changes daily. We travelled with friends in June, and although the weather was hot the hotel air conditioning was fantastic! I recommend the suites and it’s great to have a lounge area to use with our friends.

The property looked so cute and very clean. I liked the interiors and the entire set up as it seemed very cozy. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. Location was also good and it was close to all the places I wanted to go. Special mention, my first night in Belgrade it was snowing and I couldn’t find a taxi to get back to the hotel. When I called the hotel, they arranged a taxi to come and pick me up. That was so helpful for me.
